Scores of civilians killed in intense Israeli airstrikes in Gaza Strip


GAZA: Dozens of Palestinian civilians today were killed and others injured following a barrage of Israeli airstrikes that targeted multiple homes and neighborhoods in the central and southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation aircraft carried out intense and fierce airstrikes at the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, targeting at least one house in the El Geneina neighborhood.

Meanwhile, Israeli air forces bombed a target in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. Israeli warplanes continued to intensively bomb the camp while, resulting in the killing of several and causing multiple casualties.

Israeli military forces shelled Batn al-Sameen area and the Al-Amal neighborhood in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Another intense airstrike targeted Al-Farouq Mosque near the Al-Dhahra Junction in the Khan Yunis camp, amid constant shooting to prevent any movement on the ground.

Earlier today, Israeli fighter jets renewed its bombing in the vicinity of Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza
Strip.

Meanwhile, at least 20 civilians were killed and others wounded, mostly are women and children, in an Israeli shelling of the Madoukh family’s home in the Al-Sabra neighborhood.

The number of civilians killed since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7 has risen to 26,637, the majority of whom were children and women. In addition, at least 65387 people were injured.
