SHARJAH: The Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) will convene its third session on Thursday, 25th January, as part of its work for the first ordinary session of the 11th legislative chapter.
The session, to be held at the SCC headquarters in Sharjah, will be presided over by Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Council.
After approving the minutes of the second session, the agenda includes the SCC’s discussion of the draft response to the opening speech received from the relevant committee.
During the opening ceremony of the SCC, H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, provided a clear roadmap for the Emirate’s future, outlining crucial projects, strategic initiatives, and notable accomplishments.
Accordingly, the SCC prepared a response per His Highness’s directives and a statement outlining the Council’s direction for the upcoming period.
