Abu dhabi: A 5.7-magnitude earthquake jolted Xinghai County of northwest China's Qinghai Province at 11:16 am on Tuesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC).

According to Emirates News Agency, the earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, the centre said.
