AMMAN: Under the directives of royalty, the Royal Medical Services (RMS) has successfully evacuated Raghad Al Khawali, a 4-year-old girl from the Gaza Strip, to Jordan for urgent medical care. The child, diagnosed with a suspected tumor by a Jordanian field hospital in Gaza, is now receiving specialized treatment at King Hussein Medical City/Queen Rania Hospital for Children. According to Jordan News Agency, the operation was overseen by Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Upon arrival in Jordan, Raghad was immediately transferred to the medical facility, where a team of experts is currently assessing her condition to determine the precise nature of the tumor and commence the necessary treatments. Brigadier General Abdullah Ghanma, Director of the Queen Rania Hospital for Children, provided insights into Raghad's condition, noting that she suffers from a mass that is impacting both her eyes from the rear. The hospital is prepared to initiate both diagnostic and therapeutic proce dures to address her complex medical needs. The humanitarian action has been met with gratitude from Raghad's family, who expressed their appreciation for King Abdullah's compassionate intervention and the continuous medical and humanitarian support provided by the Jordan Armed Forces in Gaza.
