Dubai: Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, has donated AED1.5 million to the "SANED" card initiative, a project aimed at establishing a sustainable endowment to meet the food needs of families serviced by the Community Development Authority in Dubai. According to Emirates News Agency, the "SANED" card initiative, spearheaded by the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai, seeks to raise AED30 million. The funds are intended for the construction of a sustainable endowment building, with proceeds specifically allocated to support the food requirements of beneficiary families. This initiative is part of a broader effort to bolster community development and support underprivileged sections of society in Dubai. Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa, Secretary General of the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, commended Al Zaabi for his significant financial contribution and his swift response to support this crucial initiative. Mutawa highlighted that such contributions are vital for th e success of community support programs, especially during their initial phases.
