DUBAI: Arada has introduced W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a new luxury seafront development comprising three towers and over 400 branded apartments. This AED5 billion project, launched in collaboration with Marriott International, promises a world-class living experience in one of Dubai's most sought-after districts. According to Emirates News Agency, the residences are designed to provide a positive and active lifestyle, featuring a LEED Silver-certified design. The 40-storey complex is set to be completed in 2027 and offers captivating views of the Dubai skyline. The design draws inspiration from its surroundings, seamlessly connecting the promenade, harbour, and sky to mirror the distinctive seafront and urban landscape. Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, highlighted the collaboration with Marriott International, emphasizing the blend of Arada's development expertise and the dynamic energy of the W Hotels brand. Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President at Marriott International , expressed enthusiasm about the project, noting its contribution to the vibrant lifestyle of Dubai Harbour. This development marks Arada's third project in Dubai and fifth branded residences project in the UAE, following its previous endeavors at Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
