BAU and Turkish Cultural Attaché Explore Academic Partnerships

Amman: Al-Balqa' Applied University (BAU) and the Turkish Cultural Attaché in Amman are discussing initiatives to enhance academic cooperation and attract Turkish students to the university's specialized programs. Vice President of BAU, Dr. Khaled Zoubi, and Turkish Cultural Attaché, Hasan Kaleli, convened to explore these opportunities. According to Jordan News Agency, Kaleli expressed interest in guiding Turkish students toward BAU's courses and programs, acknowledging the university's achievements and proactive efforts. The focus is on the university's centers and its wide-ranging academic programs, which Kaleli noted for their potential to attract international students. Zoubi emphasized the importance of fostering strong, collaborative ties between Jordan and Turkey, particularly in the academic sphere. He presented BAU's new educational offerings across its colleges, highlighting the institution's capability to attract a significant number of Arab and foreign students annually due to its vibrant educa tional environment. Additionally, Zoubi showcased BAU's language center, which offers courses in Arabic for non-native speakers and Turkish language classes, further reinforcing the university's appeal to international students and its commitment to cultural exchange.
