UNITED NATIONS: Joyce Msuya, the Acting Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, has issued a stark warning regarding the ongoing actions of Israeli forces in North Gaza. She urged that the current situation, which she described as a blatant disregard for human life and the laws of war, must cease immediately. According to Emirates News Agency, Msuya highlighted multiple incidents exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region. Her statement detailed that hospitals have been targeted, health workers detained, and shelters have been destroyed by fire. Additionally, first responders have reportedly been obstructed from rescuing individuals trapped under debris. Msuya noted that families have been forcibly separated, with men and boys being taken away en masse. Msuya's statement also reported that hundreds of Palestinians have been killed, while tens of thousands have been displaced once more. She emphasized the dire situation facing the entire population of North Gaza, stating they are at risk of death due to the ongoing conflict.
