DP World Revenue Increases by 13.1% to Reach $12.7 Billion in H1 2026

Dubai: DP World reported a revenue of $12.7 billion for the first half of 2026, marking a 13.1% increase compared to the previous year. The company's extensive global network played a crucial role in navigating the significant disruptions to trade flows in the Middle East.

According to Emirates News Agency, the growth was largely driven by the Logistics, Marine Services, and DP World's international Ports and Terminals portfolio, which helped to offset a decline in activity at Jebel Ali. Excluding Jebel Ali, container volumes grew by 6.5% on a like-for-like basis, with notable increases across Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

Jebel Ali continues to operate without any physical damage. DP World has implemented several mitigation strategies across its regional network, including enhanced inland connectivity, to ensure the uninterrupted movement of essential cargo.

Essa Kazim, DP World Group Chairman, highlighted that the results underscore the strength of the Group's portfolio and its integrated business model, which ensures the smooth movement of goods across international markets. He reiterated the Group's dedication to ongoing investments in the UAE to bolster its status as a leading global trade and logistics hub.

Kazim further explained that the Group is expanding its gateway network in the UAE by introducing two new terminals in Fujairah. This expansion aims to extend the Jebel Ali ecosystem through an integrated supply chain, providing cargo owners with increased flexibility, choice, and improved supply chain resilience.

Yuvraj Narayan, DP World Group CEO, stated that adjusted EBITDA rose by 9.7%, buoyed by strong performances across Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

The company invested $1.5 billion in its global portfolio during the first half and plans to invest around $3 billion in 2026. These investments will support new capacity and trade infrastructure in key growth markets, including the UAE, UK, India, Saudi Arabia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

DP World maintains an optimistic outlook for global trade in the medium to long term, backed by its diversified global network and expanding integrated logistics business.
