Dubai: Al Mal Capital REIT (AMCREIT), the first real estate investment trust listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), has announced a half-yearly dividend distribution of 4 fils per unit for the first half of the financial year ending 30th June 2026. This distribution amounts to a total of AED28,048,575.
According to Emirates News Agency, the expected payment date for the dividend is 28th August 2026, pending customary administrative procedures. The distribution aligns with AMCREIT's Investment Policy and complies with regulations set by the UAE's Capital Market Authority (CMA). This move highlights the Fund's stable operational performance and the resilience of its high-quality asset portfolio. AMCREIT is on track to deliver an annualized return of 8 percent to its unitholders for the current financial year.
With a portfolio valued at approximately AED1.4 billion, AMCREIT is strategically positioned to ensure sustainable returns while maintaining the quality and stability of its assets. Sanjay Vig, CEO of Al Mal Capital PSC, emphasized that the first-half distribution demonstrates the strength of the fund's portfolio and its commitment to providing stable income to investors. He also noted that the fund's education and healthcare assets are performing as expected, bolstered by long-term leases and strong counterparties.
