Dubai:The General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai is set to host the 2026 Government Services Best Practices Series at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The event will focus on the advancements made under the Services 360 policy over the past three years.

According to Emirates News Agency, the theme 'Services 360: From Vision to Impact' will guide discussions among government leaders and service development teams. They will evaluate progress, share successful practices, and plan the next phase aimed at more integrated, proactive, and customer-focused government services.

The series will highlight global best practices, proactive service delivery, and the use of shared digital channels. Achievements that have been recognized through the Hamdan Flag and other awards from the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services will also be showcased.

The forum's goal is to identify effective strategies that can be implemented across the Dubai Government to enhance the next generation of public services.
