This recognition follows the deployment of 205 AI agents across the Group's global operations, marking a significant milestone in the integration of artificial intelligence into logistics.

According to Emirates News Agency, the official certificate was presented to Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Chairman of AD Ports Group, and Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Managing Director and Group CEO. The award underscores the Group's leadership in utilizing AI to revolutionize logistics operations. By implementing autonomous agents for tasks such as cargo handling and warehouse automation, AD Ports Group has achieved notable efficiency gains, cost savings, and operational resilience.

Innovative technologies such as the Vessel Speed Optimiser, which reduces fuel consumption by approximately 3%, the Container Balancer, which enhances utilization by 90%, and the Intelligent Workforce Scheduler, which cuts HR processing times by over 90%, are among the key advancements. This deployment signifies a fundamental shift in logistics systems, enabling real-time decision-making and autonomous coordination on an unprecedented scale. A PwC survey highlights that 79% of companies using AI agents have adopted them at scale, with 66% reporting measurable productivity improvements.
