Abu Dhabi:Ajman Government is presenting a new generation of government services powered by Agentic AI at the Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 event, held at ADNEC Abu Dhabi on October 6th and 7th.
According to Emirates News Agency, the emirate's participation showcases its commitment to a proactive government approach, emphasizing seamless and efficient service delivery with a focus on people. The Ajman Digital Department is leading the exhibition through a unified pavilion, H2-A40, with contributions from the Ajman Department of Economic Development, Ajman Department of Finance, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, and Ajman Free Zones Authority.
Ajman Digital Department is introducing its 'No-Interface Government Services' ecosystem, a system that allows customers to express their needs while intelligent assistants handle the procedures. This initiative builds on their achievement of launching the UAE's first government transaction for business license renewal using this technology, aligning with Ajman Vision 2030 to establish an integrated digital government.
Dr. Ahood Ali Al Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital Department, emphasized that their participation demonstrates a unified vision where AI serves the public. The no-interface services model represents a shift from reactive to proactive government operations, solidifying Ajman's leadership in digital transformation.
Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, highlighted the Department's Commercial Contract Renewal Service, which utilizes Agentic AI to streamline renewal procedures and enhance government operations' efficiency. This service is integrated with the Business Licence Renewal Service, enabling a seamless process for business owners without requiring them to navigate multiple platforms.
Saif Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Economic Development, reaffirmed their dedication to utilizing AI to simplify business license services, contributing to a competitive business environment. Their smart solutions, including the Ajman One application, aim to expedite service delivery and improve business ease in Ajman.
The Ajman Department of Finance is showcasing the Smart Financial Advisor, an AI-based tool that provides fast and reliable responses to financial inquiries, enhancing decision-making and service delivery. Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director-General, emphasized AI as a strategic enabler for improving government financial operations.
Ajman Free Zones Authority is launching the 'OneClick Smart Assistant for Business Setup and Instant Licence Issuance,' a comprehensive AI-powered solution for investors that simplifies the business setup process through a single interactive conversation.
The Ajman Government pavilion will offer visitors interactive experiences to engage with these AI-powered services, reflecting a collaborative government approach to enhancing service accessibility and efficiency through advanced technology.
