Beirut: House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday welcomed at his Ain Al-Tineh residence Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, for talks on Lebanon's pressing issues. Discussions reportedly focused on the rising Israeli aggression against Lebanon, the ongoing refugee crisis, and the latest political and security developments. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Mikati also briefed Berri on outcomes from his recent international meetings and diplomatic outreach efforts, as Lebanon navigates complex challenges on multiple fronts.
