DUPHAT 2026 to Showcase Over 1,100 Brands at Dubai World Trade Centre

Dubai: The 31st edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition, known as DUPHAT 2026, is set to commence next Tuesday at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event will span three days and feature more than 1,100 brands, drawing over 25,000 visitors from 85 different countries. It aims to bring together industry leaders, experts, and specialists to discuss the latest developments and innovations in the pharmaceutical sector.

According to Emirates News Agency, the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) has announced its official support for DUPHAT 2026. This move underlines EDE's dedication to advancing the pharmaceutical industry by fostering partnerships between the public and private sectors. The establishment aims to enhance regulatory frameworks, encourage innovation, promote local pharmaceutical manufacturing, and ensure supply chain resilience within the UAE.

DUPHAT is recognized as a premier event for the pharmaceutical sector in the Middle East and Africa. It serves as a global platform where pharmaceutical companies and industry experts convene to showcase innovations, discuss industry futures, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The event underscores the UAE's strategy of promoting healthcare and establishing itself as a regional and global hub for pharmaceutical innovation.

Amb. Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of DUPHAT and the DUPHAT International Scientific Council, emphasized the significance of innovation and international collaboration in building a sustainable pharmaceutical future. He highlighted DUPHAT's role as a key global platform that brings together industry leaders annually to foster innovative pharmaceutical solutions that benefit communities.

The Emirates Drug Establishment's support for DUPHAT 2026 also aims to enhance knowledge exchange, explore investment opportunities, and develop pharmaceutical solutions to improve healthcare quality. DUPHAT 2026 will feature 104 scientific sessions, 12 workshops, and 400 scientific posters presented by university students. The event will also run alongside VITASHOW DUBAI, which will display the latest innovations in nutritional supplements, offering a platform for industry leaders to present new products and developments.
