Islamic Resistance Launches Coordinated Attacks on Israeli Military Posts and Settlements

BEIRUT: In a series of coordinated assaults, the "Islamic Resistance" launched missile and rocket salvos targeting several Israeli military posts and settlements, as declared in a communique issued by the group. These attacks were carried out in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza and as a defense measure for Lebanon, according to the Resistance fighters. According to National news agency - Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance targeted the Jal al-Alam post at 2:25 p.m. with a missile salvo. Prior to this, the Resistance's fighters executed several attacks, starting with a rocket salvo at Ja'tun settlement at 1:40 p.m. At 1:30 p.m., a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the Shlomi settlement was bombed, followed by a rocket salvo at Metzova settlement at 1:35 p.m. The sequence of attacks commenced at 1:23 p.m. with a strike on Israeli forces in the Musharafieh area of Ras al-Naqoura. These attacks represent a significant escalation in the ongoing tensions in the region, with the Islamic Resistance emphasi zing its commitment to supporting Gaza and defending Lebanon in its communiqué.
