Israeli Military Strikes Result in 65 Deaths in Gaza Within 24 Hours

Gaza City: Israeli forces have conducted a series of strikes in the Gaza Strip, killing 65 individuals and injuring 140 in the past 24 hours, as reported by the Ministry of Health in Gaza. According to Jordan News Agency, the Ministry's daily briefing detailed that the strikes targeted family homes across six different locations, describing the incidents as massacres. The report also highlighted the challenges faced by rescue operations, with many victims believed to be trapped under the rubble. The areas affected are currently inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense teams due to continuous military activity, adding uncertainty to the casualty figures. The ongoing conflict, which escalated with the Israeli offensive beginning on October 7 last year, has seen a significant toll on the region's population. To date, the total number of fatalities stands at 42,409, with injuries reported at 99,153.
