Tafilah: The "Esaa," or strive, Job Search Clubs Project has commenced its awareness campaign at Tafilah Technical University, operating under the slogan "Opportunities Do Not Come Alone." The initiative aims to provide young people with essential skills to enhance their employability and secure job opportunities. According to Jordan News Agency, the project is being implemented by the Business Development Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth. It receives support from notable international organizations, including the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. Project coordinators have underscored the importance of facilitating access to quality job opportunities for young people, including pathways to self-employment. This approach is designed to provide sustainable services and help youths secure jobs that match their career aspirations. The initiative is aligned with the Business Development Cente r's mission to support and empower youth by offering rehabilitation and self-employment opportunities. The coordinators also highlighted the project's focus on actively involving young people in job search activities, which is expected to significantly enhance their ability to find suitable employment.
