Jordanian Public Sector Development Minister Discusses Cooperation with ARADO Director General

AMMAN: Minister of State for Public Sector Development Kheir Abu Seileek met with Nasser Al Qahtani, Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), to discuss further cooperation in public sector capacity building and training. According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting, which also included Sameh Al-Nasser, President of the Service and Public Administration Commission (SPAC), focused on enhancing the partnership between Jordan and ARADO. Minister Abu Seileek outlined Jordan's initiatives in modernizing the public sector, emphasizing the nation's commitment to developing the capabilities of its public sector cadres. He highlighted the progress made in ensuring an effective, empowered public sector capable of delivering quality and advanced government services. During the session, Abu Seileek expressed gratitude for ARADO's ongoing support and its crucial role in training and empowering Arab human resources. He stressed the importance of continuing this collaboration and devel oping programs that align with contemporary advances in public administration, including digital transformation and impact measurement. ARADO Director General Nasser Al Qahtani praised the proficiency and expertise of Jordanian public sector professionals, noting that Jordan's experience in public administration serves as a valuable model that is taught and utilized broadly across the region.
