MOSCOW: A prison mutiny and hostage situation in Volgograd Province, southwestern Russia, resulted in one fatality and four injuries today. In a statement reported by TASS, the Russian Federal Service announced that inmates at Prison No. 19 in Surovikino, Volgograd, attacked several prison staff during a disciplinary committee meeting.
