The police Tuesday arrested a man for taking and publishing a video of three teenagers being run over by a car on Al Urdon Street in Amman. According to a Public Security Directorate (PSD) statement, the "offensive" footage shows a car running three teenagers on Al Urdon Street in Amman. Only one of the three survived the accident. The Anti-Cyber Crime Unit officers tracked the suspect who had published the video and started "technical" investigations. The suspect will stand trial on several charges, including "violating the sanctity of personal life," violating Article 20 of the Cybercrime law and not offering help to a person in distress by calling for help.
