RAK Properties to Enhance Hospitality Offerings at Mina with New Restaurants

Ras Al Khaimah:RAK Properties has announced its plans to expand the hospitality and dining facilities at its "Mina" destination by introducing three new restaurants and cafés in the final quarter of this year. This development aims to solidify Mina's status as a premier lifestyle and culinary hub.

According to Wam, the expansion is part of RAK Properties' broader initiative to create an integrated waterfront destination, combining residential, tourism, and commercial projects. This effort is expected to enhance the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah's appeal for both investment and tourism.

Sameh Muhtadi, Chief Executive Officer of RAK Properties, expressed that the company's vision for Mina goes beyond constructing prime homes and new hospitality hubs. The goal is to establish a fully integrated, vibrant, and highly livable destination that residents love and visitors are eager to explore. Muhtadi highlighted that the growing collection of premium food and beverage brands at Mina underscores the increasing appeal of both Mina and Ras Al Khaimah to homebuyers, investors, and food enthusiasts.

In addition to the new dining facilities, Mina's established resorts continue to cater to the culinary needs of residents and guests. The waterfront destination includes the 351-key InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Resort and Spa on Hayat Island.
