Sharjah: The Sharjah Civil Defence Authority has ramped up its inspections and awareness campaigns in anticipation of the summer season as part of its continuous efforts to mitigate risks and bolster prevention systems.

According to Emirates News Agency, these initiatives are specifically aimed at the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. They focus on enhancing fire safety systems, refining evacuation plans, and promoting safe practices. Additionally, the campaigns seek to increase awareness among employees and the broader community about these critical safety measures.

Brigadier General Yousef Obaid Harmoul Al Shamsi, Director General of the Authority, emphasized that this proactive approach is integral to strengthening monitoring systems, improving response times, and containing risks before they can escalate.
