Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has given the green light for the construction of a three-lane bridge. This initiative is set to enhance connectivity by linking Mleiha Road to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Bridge at the intersection of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street and Mleiha Road, with an investment of AED 140 million.

According to Emirates News Agency, the project is scheduled to commence immediately, with a completion timeline of one year. The primary objective of this infrastructure development is to improve traffic flow in all directions and significantly reduce travel time by approximately nine minutes.
