Abu Dhabi:Solutions+ and Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance their collaboration in AI transformation, enterprise systems, ERP, and data, aiming to foster the development and adoption of AI solutions across various organizations.

According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was signed during the AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 event, with Solutions+ participating as a Global Partner. This agreement combines Solutions+' expertise in enterprise services with Tahaluf's digital transformation capabilities to support the adoption of AI offerings and improve operational efficiencies.

The MoU was signed by Nasir Al Nabhani, Group Managing Director and CEO of Solutions+, and Dr. Ahmed Alkaabi, CEO of Tahaluf, with representatives from both organizations present. Nasir Al Nabhani emphasized the importance of turning AI technology into real value for organizations, highlighting the collaboration's aim to help businesses adopt AI in practical and impactful ways.

Dr. Ahmed Alkaabi explained that as AI evolves, Agentic AI and sovereign AI will be crucial for organizational transformation. Tahaluf is focusing on developing Arabic-first and sovereign AI solutions to enhance efficiency and resilience. This partnership with Solutions+ is set to help organizations in the UAE unlock the potential of these AI technologies and contribute to a digitally enabled future.
