Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President Faustin-Archange Touad©ra of the Central African Republic engaged in discussions to enhance bilateral relations, with a focus on economic, trade, and investment sectors, as well as renewable energy and infrastructure. The meeting, held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, aimed at exploring new areas of cooperation that serve the mutual interests of both nations.
According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions highlighted the UAE’s commitment to fostering development partnerships with African countries. President Touad©ra, on a working visit to the UAE, extended his congratulations to His Highness on the occasion of Ramadan and expressed his wishes for the UAE’s continued progress and prosperity.
Both leaders expressed a shared commitment to advancing their countries’ cooperation in a manner that promotes sustainable economic growth and meets their future aspirations. The meeting underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in driving mutual benefits for both nations.
The meeting was attended by several key UAE officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Ali Mohammed Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; and Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, among others. The presence of these officials highlighted the UAE’s dedication to strengthening ties with the Central African Republic in various development areas.
