Abu dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain, who is visiting the UAE. The meeting was attended by prominent UAE leaders, including His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening the fraternal ties between the UAE and Bahrain. Both leaders emphasized their commitment to enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation. Discussions revolved around supporting their development priorities, mutual interests, and the well-being of their peoples.
The leaders also exchanged views on various issues of mutual interest, underscoring the ongoing collaboration between the two nations. The meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President.
Lieutenant General H.H. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council of Bahrain, and Royal Guard Commander, was also present, highlighting the significance of the meeting in terms of regional security and cooperation.
