Abu dhabi: UAE rider Salem Ahmed Al Suwaidi, aboard Pablo Escobar KJV, emerged victorious in the six-year-old class at the international show jumping event in Opglabbeek, Belgium, which took place from 9th to 13th September. Al Suwaidi showcased exceptional skill by completing the second phase of the 1.25-metre competition without faults, clocking in at 34.91 seconds.
According to Emirates News Agency, the UAE team is now setting its sights on the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games in Japan. This victory in Belgium is part of their preparation strategy, following a series of international competitions across Europe.
