20th Edition of Research and Creativity Support Project for University Students Initiated by KAFD

AMMAN: The King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) has initiated the 20th edition of the Research and Creativity Support Project for University Students. This initiative is designed to harness the potential of youth as a catalyst for societal development by applying scientific solutions to real-world problems. According to Jordan News Agency, KAFD's statement on Sunday highlighted that the project offers both technical and financial support to foster creativity, excellence, and innovation among university students as they work on their graduation projects. This initiative is conducted in partnership with the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB). The KAFD emphasized that project submissions should be qualitative, applicable, and sustainable. Alternatively, they should aim to secure a patent or address a specific issue facing local communities. This approach is intended to contribute to the creation of a productive and effective society in both scientific and educational domains. University stud ents interested in participating can apply for support through the link provided by KAFD (https://join.kafd.jo) until November 14. Applications must meet specific conditions and criteria. Since its inception in 2004, the Research and Creativity Support Project has supported 386 project ideas over its previous editions.
