Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi received Sunday Iraq’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi.
During the meeting, both sides touched on bilateral ties between the two friendly countries and ways to boost cooperation at various levels.
