Al dhafra: Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President and Chairman of the Camel Racing Federation, attended the evening races of the 3rd Al Dhafra Camel Racing Festival. The event took place at Madinat Zayed’s Al Dhafra Racetrack under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region.
According to Emirates News Agency, the festival features a total of 107 races across three categories: Haqayeq, Luqaya, and Eydha. The Haqayeq category alone included 17 races during the event attended by Sheikh Sultan. The festival will award 24 major trophies, with eight trophies allocated for each racing category.
