Samsung Innovation Campus 2025 Launches in UAE to Foster AI Talent


Abu dhabi: The Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office, in partnership with Samsung Gulf Electronics, has inaugurated the educational stage of the Samsung Innovation Campus 2025 programme, which will continue until mid-December.



According to Emirates News Agency, the Samsung Innovation Campus 2025 programme is designed to empower a new generation of talented individuals in the UAE, focusing on the field of artificial intelligence.



The 350-hour training programme offers young entrepreneurs advanced practical skills in AI, machine learning, and deep learning. The curriculum spans all educational levels, beginning with the basics of AI and progressing to advanced applications, including Python programming, probability and statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.



Saqr Binghalib, Executive Director at the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office, emphasized that skills development is a vital component of the government’s initiatives to build the future. This is achieved by boosting the readiness of national talents and workforces with digital and artificial intelligence skills, aligning with future requirements, as these are crucial tools of competitiveness amid rapid technological transformation.



He noted that establishing a sustainable system for skills development mirrors the leadership’s vision to prepare a generation of qualified individuals capable of leading the future and driving digital transformation across sectors. Investing in skill development enables individuals to keep pace with fast-evolving global markets and enhances their ability to design innovative solutions supporting the country’s developmental journey.



The programme is part of Samsung’s global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aimed at promoting digital literacy and empowering the next generation of innovators. It offers flexibility and accessibility, fostering creative collaboration by allowing students to engage in flexible and group learning from anywhere, under expert supervision.



The collaboration between the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office and Samsung Gulf Electronics demonstrates a shared commitment and alignment of goals to advance AI education among youth, in line with the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision and the UAE Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031.
