The event, held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, will take place from October 7th to 10th, 2026, at the Royal Moroccan Air Force Base.

According to Emirates News Agency, EDGE's participation in the event marks its return since its debut in 2024, emphasizing its commitment to the Kingdom of Morocco and Africa as a key growth market.

Miles Chambers, Senior Vice President of International Business at EDGE, highlighted the importance of providing capabilities that meet the immediate operational requirements of African customers, supported for the long term. Chambers noted that EDGE's model focuses on partnership, involving knowledge exchange, local production, and technology transfer to build lasting capabilities in the region.

The company's display will focus on advanced technologies for persistent border and critical infrastructure coverage. Additionally, EDGE's counter-drone systems are designed to disrupt hostile drones by interfering with their control links and navigation signals.

Furthermore, EDGE will exhibit electronic protection systems for satellite navigation receivers, an airborne cellular system for search and rescue operations, and autonomous surveillance solutions for long border approaches. In terms of precision effects, the company will present loitering munitions, guided-glide weapons, and versatile guidance kits capable of functioning without satellite navigation. These will be showcased alongside an air defense missile system, air-delivered and artillery munitions, and small arms.

EDGE manufactures over 80% of its products in the UAE, ensuring reliable supply and sustainment for its partners. The company's return to the Marrakech Air Show follows its continued expansion across Africa, including a modernization partnership with Angola covering naval, unmanned, and border security programs.
