Abu Dhabi:Major US stock indexes saw an increase on Tuesday, driven by declining US Treasury yields and steady oil prices.

According to Emirates News Agency, the S&P 500 rose by 46.52 points, or 0.60 percent, ending at 7,820.47. The Nasdaq Composite also experienced a rise, gaining 127.43 points, or 0.46 percent, to close at 27,604.74.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 263.67 points, or 0.49 percent, to finish at 51,531.57.
