Abu Dhabi:President Prabowo Subianto has initiated the country's first electric-vehicle battery exports alongside 11 new industrial projects, which collectively represent an investment of US$10.2 billion.
According to Emirates News Agency, these projects encompass a range of sectors, including nickel-based battery materials, EV battery separators and electrolytes, electrolytic aluminum, electric mining and industrial trucks, and photovoltaic glass for solar-energy applications.
The initiatives are anticipated to generate over 10,000 jobs, marking a significant boost to Indonesia's industrial and employment landscape.
