Abu Dhabi:The UAE Marine Sports Federation has signed an agreement with Siren, a leading company in organizing dragon boat championships in the UAE, to host the Dragon Boat Euro Cup in December. This agreement is part of the Federation's ongoing efforts to develop the sport of dragon boat racing, increase participation, and enhance the UAE's international presence in marine sports.

According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership with Siren is integral to the Federation's preparations for the championship. It highlights their commitment to working with specialized organizations to leverage their expertise in delivering high-quality sporting events and ensuring an exceptional experience for both participants and spectators.

Khaled bin Dismal, Secretary-General of the UAE Marine Sports Federation, stated that the Dragon Boat Euro Cup is a significant step in the sport's development in the UAE. It offers an opportunity to attract more participants and bolster the UAE's status as a prime location for major sporting events. He reiterated the Federation's dedication to expanding participation in marine sports and advancing the sector's international standing.
