This prestigious ranking was published by Great Place To Work, a global authority on workplace culture, recognizing Abu Dhabi Customs' commitment to fostering employee well-being and a culture of trust, innovation, and excellence.

According to Wam, the rankings are based on employee survey feedback that evaluates trust, innovation, organizational values, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness. The organization has held its Great Place To Work Certification for five consecutive years, with the latest certification achieved in May 2026.
