**ADFD Unveils Second Edition of Kafa’at Programme to Enhance Employee Skills**

Abu dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) has introduced the second edition of its Kafa'at programme, aimed at advancing the professional and interpersonal skills of its employees. The initiative is designed to improve expertise in various fields, thus increasing productivity, refining operational processes, and fostering a work environment that champions creativity, innovation, and teamwork. According to Emirates News Agency, the Kafa'at programme includes a series of interactive workshops and practical training sessions that focus on building key competencies among ADFD employees. This initiative aligns with the Fund's objectives to enhance job performance and support the attainment of its future strategic goals. Fatima Ateeq Al Mazrouei, Director of the Support Services Department at ADFD, highlighted the tailored approach of the programme's latest edition, which addresses the evolving needs of both the employees and the organisation. Al Mazrouei remarked that the training courses and workshop s integrate advanced interactive methods and activities consistent with global best practices, promoting excellence and innovation. These efforts are designed to strengthen employees' capabilities and ensure they derive maximum benefit from the programme. She also noted the importance of creating a supportive environment that empowers employees to grow and advance in their careers. This year, the Kafa'at programme will train 112 employees from various departments and sections, with each participating in four training courses. The programme emphasizes the development of behavioural competencies by enhancing professional skills for both internal and external interactions. It aims to improve communication through diverse channels and support teamwork and collaboration to achieve common objectives. Additionally, the training underscores transparency, integrity, and accountability, ensuring all dealings align with ADFD's core values and work ethics.
