Ajman: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, emphasized the UAE’s longstanding commitment to charity and humanitarian work during a meeting with the Board of Trustees of the International Charity Organisation. The meeting took place at the Ruler’s Court, with H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, also in attendance.
According to Emirates News Agency, the newly formed Board of Trustees is chaired by Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi. Sheikh Humaid extended a warm welcome to the Board, acknowledging their significant experience and contributions to humanitarian work. He underscored the importance of charity as a noble pursuit that enhances the UAE’s global reputation in the humanitarian sector.
Sheikh Humaid also highlighted the role of local and international partnerships in ensuring the sustainability of charitable initiatives. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi expressed his gratitude to Sheikh Humaid and Sheikh Ammar for their unwavering support, which he identified as crucial to the organisation’s continued success.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman’s Representative for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with several other sheikhs and senior officials.
