DUBAI: Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director-General of the Dubai Judicial Institute, recently hosted a delegation from the Authority for Medical Responsibility of Kuwait. The meeting, led by Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifa Al Sabah, aimed to foster knowledge exchange and enhance cooperation in legal and administrative matters related to medical malpractice. According to Emirates News Agency, the Kuwaiti delegation included notable figures such as Dr. Laila Saud Al-Enezi, Vice President of the Authority for Medical Responsibility; Dalal Tawfiq Al Ahmad, Director of Administrative Affairs; Shaima Mohammed Al Asiri, Director of Legal Affairs; Ali Al Enezi, Director of the Information System Center; and Khaled Khalil Al Farsi, Diplomatic Attaché at the Consul-General of Kuwait in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Several directors from the Dubai Judicial Institute also participated in the discussions. Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi expressed the importance of these meetings, underscoring the Dubai Judicial I nstitute's dedication to hosting and collaborating with regional counterparts. She highlighted the benefits of such engagements in promoting the exchange of expertise, which can lead to improvements in legal and administrative services and the adoption of best practices in judicial training and development.
