BEIRUT: A Royal Jordanian Air Force plane carrying humanitarian aid arrived at Beirut's Rafic Hariri International Airport, marking a gesture of support from Jordan to Lebanon during challenging times. The delivery underscores Jordan's commitment to aiding Lebanon as the country grapples with multiple crises. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Jordanian Embassy in Lebanon announced that the humanitarian aid was received by Walid Al-Hadid, the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Lebanon. The plane was met at the airport by Brigadier General Jamal Mkarzel, representing the Lebanese Army Commander. Brigadier General Mkarzel conveyed the Lebanese leadership's gratitude to Jordan's King for his directives aimed at providing sustained support to Lebanon. The aid delivery comes at a critical moment for Lebanon, which continues to face economic and social challenges.
