His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call received on Sunday from Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, warned against the dangerous repercussions of the escalation between the Palestinians and the Israelis on the security of the entire region.King Abdullah called for stepping up international efforts to stop escalation in Gaza and its surroundings, highlighting that the situation will continue to deteriorate in the absence of a just solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.His Majesty highlighted the importance of maintaining coordination between Jordan and Canada to push the two sides to commit to self-restraint, protecting civilians, and respecting international humanitarian law.
