A Palestinian young man suffered a skull fracture today in a brutal assault by Israeli occupation soldiers in the village of al-Rashayida, to the east of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. Fawwaz al-Rashayida, a local Palestinian activist, told WAFA that Israeli occupation soldiers savagely assaulted Ahmed Omar, a Palestinian youth from the village, causing him a fracture in the skull. He was rushed to a hospital in occupied Jerusalem for urgent medical treatment.
