Sharjah: The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, in partnership with the Sharjah Digital Department, recently held a specialised workshop aimed at training real estate developers on the 'Aqari' platform. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to advance the real estate sector and foster digital transformation throughout the emirate.
According to Emirates News Agency, the workshop sought to enhance digital real estate awareness in Sharjah by acquainting developers with the latest electronic services offered through the 'Aqari' platform. The focus was on efficiently training developers to utilize these services, thereby contributing to the development of the real estate ecosystem, simplifying procedures, and enhancing overall performance.
The event, hosted at the department's headquarters, attracted over 60 professionals from various segments of the real estate sector. Attendees received a comprehensive overview of the platform's functionalities and services, which aim to streamline procedures, reduce time and effort, and improve user experience, ultimately supporting sector growth and boosting competitiveness.
Obaid Al-Mazloum, Director of the Real Estate Projects Regulation Department at the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, emphasized that the workshop reflects the department's commitment to supporting the real estate sector as a vital component of Sharjah's economy. He stressed that equipping developers with modern digital solutions enhances operational efficiency and strengthens the investment environment.
Al-Mazloum further explained that the department's e-services are in alignment with the Sharjah Government's digital transformation strategy, highlighting ongoing efforts to develop and expand these services to simplify procedures and improve efficiency.
