Abu Dhabi:H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Erth Zayed Philanthropies, has inaugurated the new headquarters of Erth Zayed Philanthropies in Abu Dhabi.

According to Emirates News Agency, the inauguration included a tour of the headquarters by H.H. Sheikh Theyab and members of the Board of Trustees, where they were briefed on the facilities, workspaces, and the systems and tools that support the foundation's work.

Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Secretary-General of Erth Zayed Philanthropies, highlighted that the inauguration marks a significant milestone for the organization, enabling it to continue its collaboration with affiliates and partners to advance philanthropic efforts globally.

Erth Zayed Philanthropies unites a network of 14 affiliated organizations under a shared ambition to continue the philanthropic legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The foundation focuses on various sectors, including health, education, agriculture and food, economic empowerment, nature, and culture and community engagement, aiming to build local capacity and create sustainable solutions.

The foundation and its affiliates operate in more than 100 countries, managing 269 programs and initiatives that draw on their collective experience in philanthropy, humanitarian aid, and development. Their efforts have reached over 130 million people, protected 1,789 species, and manage AED6.4 billion in endowments.

The network includes prominent organizations such as the Mohamed bin Zayed Foundation for Humanity, Global Institute for Disease Elimination (GLIDE), Zayed for Good Foundation, Khalifa Foundation, and Emirates Foundation, among others, all working towards creating a lasting global impact.
