At least six Palestinians sustained injuries tonight in confrontations between Israeli occupation forces and Palestinian civilians in the occupied West Bank provinces of Tulkarm and Bethlehem, according to local and Palestinian security sources.

In the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarm, four Palestinian civilians sustained gunshot wounds and others suffered from suffocation due to the use of live ammunition and teargas by the Israeli occupation forces, as they stormed the town sparking confrontations with residents.

The sources pointed out that the Israeli occupation hindered the access of ambulance vehicles to transport the injured to hospital for some time.

In the meantime, two young Palestinians were shot with live ammunition during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.

WAFA correspondent said that the confrontations erupted near the Jerusalem-Hebron street near the town, during which Israeli occupation forces opened fire with live ammunition, injur
ing two young men who were subsequently transferred to hospital for medical treatment.
