15 Palestinians Thursday suffocated from poisonous gasan attack by settlers on the village of Asira al-Qibliya, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus. The head of the village council, Hafez Saleh, told WAFA that settlers from the Yitzhar settlement attacked farmers in the southern area of the village after an activity to reclaim lands in cooperation with the Red Cross in an area classified as “B”. He added that the settlers attacked houses and burned a vehicle in the area under the protection of the occupation army. Saleh mentioned that the residents confronted the settlers, which sparked confrontations during which the occupation fired live bullets and tear gas canisters, which resulted in the injury of 15 Palestinians.
