Abu dhabi: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has declared that the period from May 26 to May 29, 2026, will be a paid holiday for all private sector employees in the UAE on the occasion of Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha.

According to Emirates News Agency, the ministry stated that the decision aligns with the UAE Cabinet resolution regarding official public holidays. This announcement provides clarity and certainty for private sector employees regarding their holiday entitlements during this significant period.
