UAE President and Yemeni Prime Minister Discuss Enhancement of Bilateral Relations


Abu dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan engaged in discussions with Yemeni Prime Minister His Excellency Salem Saleh bin Braik to explore ways to enhance the bilateral relations between their nations. The meeting was held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, focusing on cooperation to support shared interests and addressing issues of mutual concern.



According to Emirates News Agency, the Yemeni Prime Minister conveyed greetings from His Excellency Dr Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen, and extended best wishes for the UAE’s continued progress. In response, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed sent his regards to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, expressing hopes for Yemen’s stability.



During the meeting, Sheikh Mohamed wished the Yemeni Prime Minister success in his duties towards Yemen and its citizens. He emphasized the UAE’s commitment to supporting efforts aimed at achieving development, security, and stability for the Yemeni people.



Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik expressed gratitude for the UAE’s ongoing support to Yemen and hoped for continued prosperity for the UAE and its citizens.



The meeting saw the presence of several high-profile UAE officials, including His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, among others.
