Abu Dhabi:UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone conversation with His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan, expressing condolences for the victims of a recent attack on a church in Karak governorate.

According to Wam, His Highness conveyed his heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the people of Jordan and the families affected by the attack. He also wished a swift recovery for those injured.

His Highness emphasized the UAE's solidarity with Jordan in standing against threats to its security and the safety of its citizens. In response, King Abdullah expressed gratitude for Sheikh Mohamed's sincere sentiments towards Jordan and its people.
